Freedom Through StrengthWe believe strength training is the cornerstone of personal freedom and the quality of life. Understanding that health is directly related to mobility, and mobility is directly related to muscular strength is the underlying premise to the success of our strengthening programs.
The key to being healthy, living independently and staying active is to prevent the loss of muscle mass. Research shows that the majority of adults lose 40-50% of their muscularity with age. With this loss, adults simply become less able to do the things they once did. Thus, they gain weight, get tired, slow down, feel vulnerable, have more joint pain, lose their balance, sustain injuries, feel badly about their body image and slowly downgrade the spectrum of activities they feel comfortable performing. Strengthening your muscles will improve your health and your quality of life quite simply because muscles are involved in almost every metabolic activity that goes on in your body. |

Our bodies are comprised of over 600 muscles. These muscles help us move, keep us warm, burn calories, metabolize sugars, protect us from injury and are home to our circulatory and lymphatic systems.
Taking into consideration the time and energy you will invest into an exercise program to improve your health, the fact is that strength training is more productive than any other type of exercise you can perform - including aerobic exercise. |

We offer members research-based strength training programs founded on a very simple concept: exercise hard, exercise briefly and recover completely. Our workouts last no longer than 20 minutes and are performed 1-2 times per week. Effective. Sustainability__ Our programs remove every excuse you've ever used to skip a workout.
